I can help you manage your pain, pace your daily activities and begin to re-engage in your life. Through evidence-based practice, diet, journaling and meditation, educational exercises and support, you can begin to emerge into the life you dream of having.

After you have visited with your medical provider and ruled out or treated your structural defects, you must begin to promote confidence and healing within yourself. Your body wants to heal. You can learn to overcome the fear, doubt, frustration, anxiety related to your pain. The goal is not to prevent the pain from coming on, it is to change the way you respond to the pain.
